Good products, could improve on some things

I recently tried the CBD bath bombs and the hydrating mist. The bath bombs were really relaxing and smelled nice, definitely helped me unwind. The hydrating mist is okay, but I didn't feel like it did a whole lot for my skin, maybe I need to use it longer. Shipping was free because my order was over 75 bucks, which was a plus. The packaging was discreet, which I appreciate. My only minor gripe is that tracking updates were a bit slow, but it arrived within the expected window. Overall, a decent experience and good value.

Their website mentions full spectrum and broad spectrum CBD. What's the actual difference? Is one better than the other for general wellness?

Full spectrum has all the good stuff from the plant, including tiny bits of THC (but not enough to get you high). Broad spectrum has everything but the THC. Some people prefer full spectrum for the 'entourage effect' but if you're worried about drug tests, broad might be safer.

Full spectrum has a little THC, broad spectrum has none. For me, full spectrum works better, but it's a personal thing.
